Laser cutting
Amada Ventis 3015 AJ fiber laser running sheet and plate in steel, stainless and aluminum.
Nesting is done in house, so parts from one order share sheets efficiently rather than being run one drawing at a time. Thin gauge through 1-inch plate, with the thickness range on the capabilities page taken from what we actually ran this year rather than what the brochure allows.

Press brake
Precision forming with per-sheet setup control, so springback on one lot never rides along into the next.
Bend allowances are proved on the first piece and held for the run. Where a job needs it, parts from each sheet are kept together through forming — springback varies sheet to sheet, and mixing them is how out-of-spec bends happen.

Welding
MIG and TIG fabrication and assembly, from single brackets to multi-part weldments.
Weldments are built from parts we cut and formed ourselves, so fit-up problems get solved at the drawing rather than discovered at the bench.
Fixtured and free-hand

Media blasting
Surface prep that gives coatings something to hold onto — mill scale, rust and weld discoloration off before finish.
Because blasting is in the same building, parts do not get handled, crated and trucked between operations — which is where finish damage usually comes from.

CAD design
Send a drawing, a model, a sketch on a napkin, or the broken part itself. We will draw it and confirm before cutting.
If a feature is going to be expensive or hard to hold tolerance on, you will hear about it before the job is released, not after the first article.

CNC machining
Drilling, tapping and milling for the features a laser and brake cannot put in.
Secondary operations are scheduled alongside the cutting and forming rather than sent out, so they do not add a week to the lead time.
